| An introduction to this specialized equipment based
on the fundamental principles of Pilates. The reformer improves
strength, flexibility and balance. The resistance of springs gives
you alignment feedback. |
Reformer ll |
Must be fluent with Reformer l to move into this
core-challenging, faster paced workout. It demands more strength,
coordination and focus. |

Beginner |
Brand new to Pilates? Start with this class to learn
the fundamentals of breath; learn how to use the abdominal muscles
to increase your core strength, stability, and support your back
muscles. |
Intermediate |
Begin to use Pilates fundamentals to improve body
mechanics by building your core strength, posture and flexibility.
Small equipment could be used. |
Advanced |
A truly demanding full body workout using some small
equipment. Be prepared to work hard. |
Pre/Post Natal |
No need to stop exercising. This safe and effective
specialized class keeps your body toned and supported. Pregnancy
definitely feels better. |
Seniors mat and reformer |
A specialized class for seniors. The focus is to
make you become more aware of your body mechanics, adding strength,
flexibility and overall toning using the pilates principles. Feel
taller, stronger, and more balanced. |
Pilates on the ball |
A demanding workout which increases strength, flexibility,
balance and core strength. Be prepared to “SWEAT” |
